This Privacy Policy explains how we process information you choose to provide through climateshell.com, in particular when joining the ClimateShell waiting list.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is Fortin Europe OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registration number 14514056). Contact: hello@climateshell.com. The registered address and full company details are available in our Legal Information.

2. What information do we collect?

When you join the waiting list, we collect the email address you provide and the product interests you select (Living, Wellness and/or Private Spa). We also process whether you gave your consent to receive emails. Our hosting provider may process technical request and security log data necessary to operate and protect the website.

3. Why do we process it?

We use your waiting-list details to send occasional ClimateShell news and updates relevant to your selected interests. The legal basis for these marketing emails is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We do not sell your email address or use it to send unrelated third-party promotions.

4. Where is the data processed?

Website hosting and form handling use services provided by Hostinger. We may use an email delivery service in the future; if we do, this notice will be updated to identify the service and relevant transfer arrangements before it is used. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to administer the waiting list, subject to applicable data-protection safeguards.

5. How long do we keep it?

We keep waiting-list details while you remain subscribed, unless a shorter period is required by law or we no longer need them for this purpose. When you withdraw consent, we remove you from marketing communications and delete your waiting-list record unless limited information must be retained to document an unsubscribe request or meet a legal obligation.

6. Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or writing to hello@climateshell.com. You can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to certain processing. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

7. Cookies and analytics

The ClimateShell site currently does not intentionally use advertising pixels or non-essential analytics cookies. Essential technical data may be processed by the hosting infrastructure. If we introduce non-essential tracking technologies, we will update this notice and implement any required consent controls.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or its supporting services change. The current version is dated 20 October 2026.
